This is my second time here. I was quite active on the old aros-exec forum, then took a break. I'm a user of all Amiga systems. I use AROS on an old Acer ZG5 netbook, which I dusted off to test my programs, which I recently started writing using AI. I write them in Hollywood, which really got me hooked. Regarding AROS, I'm particularly interested in the ARM branch. It's a shame I can't compile Hollywood code to AROS ARM.

Welcome, but Hollywood neither compile for AROS 64 bits and still there is the problem with the PDF plugin to read them.

Yes, Hollywood isn't on ARM yet, or even x64. I think it's only a matter of time. I see the main development of the system now moving towards x64. Personally, I consider the lack of interest in AROS for ARM processors a mistake. Especially now that the latest processors in this line are already incredibly powerful, and the Raspberry Foundation has moved towards keyboard-based computers like the RPi400, RPi500, and RPi500+. To me, this is such a clear reference to computers from the turn of the 1980s and 1990s that it couldn't be more clear. Each of these computers is intended to be produced for 10 years. This means that once the effort is put into achieving compatibility, it provides stable access to new hardware for 10 years. Aesthetically pleasing, cheap, powerful, accessible, and just like the Amiga in its heyday – a mass-produced product, but with unlimited expandability. Isn't this the perfect hardware for AROS? But let's get real: apparently, only one developer is working on running AROS on this hardware. I will have to wait.

Continuing the ARM theme, I have an idea to run hosted AROS on my RPi 500+ in combination with AmiKit. AmiKit has a mechanism for launching host applications through a "rabbit hole." The creator of AmiKit intended these to be Linux/Windows applications. What if the AmiKit "rabbit hole" ran native AROS applications? Emulated AmigaOS 68k but with AROS's native, fast OWB browser. Something like AmigaKit's Amibench. What do you think?

edit:
My ARM ideas turned out to be unrealistic. I didn't realize that the existing AROS build only works with older 32-bit processors. The RaspberryPi 500+ has a 64-bit processor, and we don't have a port for that yet. Well, I misunderstood the topic.
